Lastly, I encourage everyone to incorporate a daily meditation into their daily routine.  Meditation can help to reduce stress and clear the mind.  Sometimes when I am feeling my energy levels low meditation can help to reset my mind and body.  It's almost as if 5 minutes of mediation replaces a 15-30 minute power nap.
